Inner concert hall
Daily, my mistress

And the echos of
Melodies never heard
Ring loudly throughout
My conscience
At the end of
A difficult day
When the concert hall
Slowly empties
The fading footsteps
Patter a soft rhythm
Of deep and heartfelt
Gratitude
For the brief
